The person that did the cleaning was very nice, but they were late and did not clean everything as part of a standard bond clean. We did not hear back when attempting to address this by email.09 Apr 2014
I have not received any emails and I believe that I was misinformed as I was told over the phone that his unit was in a very clean condition to which it was not, I was late on arrival I admit I got lost however Kirk did not provide me with a security key to which I had to wait around outside the complex building of his unit so lckily a passer by let myself and my car in otherwise I was told to walk all my equipment up the stairs and though the corridors miles away from kirks actual unit by kirk and Aimey so I certainly underquoted myself on this job as I entered the unit I could see that there was grime everywhere. I ended up having to even clean out the fridge, washing machine, furniture covered in dust and being a muggy humid day the windows were a tackle to get streak free for which I explained to Kirk at 10 pm at night however Kirk seemed to want to push me to get the windows perfect so I found Kirk to be a tad unrealistic with his expectations however I found kirk to be nice and his partner Aimey lovely.Cassie
