What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have been in the painting business for over thirty years and painting for my self for 22 years. Never once I had a formal complaint with the department of Fair Trading a fact that can be checked with my licence number Lic# 55944c. In case of any mistake wether from us or the customer, we come and rectify it virtually straight way as that becomes a priority over any other jobs.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We are three very experienced painters who take pride in their work and their honesty. We are fully insured and back up our warranty well past the due date, offering free touch ups after the completion of the job in case you cause any damages while you move in, recarpet or reposition furniture. (within reason)

Try to have the painting done before you replace carpets or polish timber floors, remove all wall pictures and bits and pieces from top of shelves and tables, try to organise the painting job while you are going on holidays or are able to stay at friend or relatives while the job is in progress.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Because we are hard working and very experienced, we can afford without short changing ourselves to give a very competitive price over others with less experience and more overheads.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We like to assess the job and give you a set price usually for both the supply of material and labour. But we understand that at times that's not possible so our hourly rate is $30, but we do prefer to give a set price as we think that is better both for us and for the customer.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Our war horse is restoring old patterned flaking ceilings  back to their original glory, re taping plaster joints and fixing any damaged plaster board up to changing a whole sheet if necessary,

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We are all licenced and regularly attend courses to get familiar with new products and new way of applications both manually and with spray guns. We also colour match paint or stain on old work.
