  Quote was 45/hr. Very reasonable. peter arrived on time and completed the work of spreading top soil and followed by pine bark mulch. Offered him a break but not taken. Worked diligently and completely to my full satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And no GST. Thanks Peter.
