Yes we have all the insurances. Our work is guaranteed within the parameters of the agreed terms of the job. Sometimes clients dont always want the expensive option which may hold a longer guarantee but this is always communicated before commencing the job and providing material options for example.

The location of the job as sometimes its better to hire local as its almost always more cost effective if the travel time is insignificant. The scope of the job and your expecations. Communication is key and if we can both be on the same page from the start , then service meets expectation and everyone is happy.

Provide us with a detailed description of the job to be undertaken. No detail is too small and it will ensure we can come as prepared as possible to do the job right on the first day at the time that suits you. If you have multiple jobs to be done, try and schedule them in on the same day.

We aren't the cheapest as we need to assure we have the best man on the job for you but aren't the most expensive making us the most competitive on price and value

We offer multiple payment options: Cash, cheque, EFT and Credit Card. Tax invoices are provided and payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice. We do offer same day payments discounts where possible.
