  Job was to examine part of the rooftop cavity area (on the 5th floor of an older apartment building to determine if there is a leak above one apartment where there may be or has been some modest water leak causing some interior paint flaking and minor staining. Oliver carried out a comprehensive examination - found there is no current leak in that internal area of the roof. He recommended a good clean out of the service items no longer in use in that roof area plus attention to the flaking apartment paint areas below, sealing and then repainting the affected areas. I am happy with this diagnosis.
