I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and have been involved in the property rental industry for more than 25 years. I own my own investment properties and understand the importance of quality tenants and being responsive to triggers indicating trouble is brewing.

Selling and managing investment properties including apartments and units in complexes across the Gold Coast for a maximum return on investment.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
What is the most important thing as an owner that you need? The location of the property and the type of property. We also need to know the current tenanted status and payment cycle of the property.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
What experience does your manager/agent have in the industry? Do they live by their own advise? Is your manager / agent able to communicate effectively with different parties? Are there reviews from third parties to substantiate the claims being made?

Meeting many types of different people and helping to have satisfied tenants while giving the owners the maximum return on their investments!
How do you normally charge for your service?
A commission is charged on rent collected with additional charges for signing up of new tenants or resigning existing tenants
What makes your pricing competitive?
We include all administration and inspection fees in our management commission cost.
