Absolutely. We are covered by Domestic Home Warranty Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Contract Works Insurance. And we are always open to expanding our insurance portfolio to give our customers 100% peace of mind.

For builds other than Customer Designs, we mostly need plans such as working drawings and engineering, council conditions, energy reports etc.

Tip 1: Be upfront about your budget and ask us to tailor a package to that budget. Tip 2: Instead of being firm on particular brands, try considering other options that do just a good a job but with a better saving Tip 3: The more you can decide on upfront, the less variations costs later.

A 5% deposit is paid for all projects over $20,000 and agreed progress payments are made thereafter for all Residential works as per Domestic Builders Act.
