Amazing service experience by today’s standards. Made the effort to make the service call on the day of contact, on time and solved our ducted AC problem. Previously waited 2 weeks for service from another company who failed to diagnose the problem, were more expensive and recommended a new AC. Great communication and very friendly service - would highly recommend.
