  I have had the same mowing contractor for 5 years and when he was no longer able to look after my property due to a health issue I engaged Scotts Mowing, Just minutes before they arrived I placed a speaker with power bank outside near the back door. When they arrived was working in my office watching then busily work (doing a great job) . . When they left I went to go get the speaker and it had been moved (moved as they had sprayed stones) to the top of an AC unit and the brand new power bank had been removed. It was very embarrassing to call and explain what happened and was 100% sure as it was such a short window and no one else had access to my back yard. The response was “we have to back our boys 100% , they are like family to us and they get accused of taking things when they have not’ and gave an example of a clients cigarettes blowing away in the wind. I was pretty annoyed. I trusted a contractor to come to my property, to do a job as agreed and not steal anything. A police complaint has been made. It was a pity it was not handled differently as I would have not written this review. If it’s not taken seriously and a customer is treated as they are not believed by the business owner, then it it’s allowing this to happen to another customer. It’s very concerning. One very costly service for me indeed.

  Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for lawn and garden maintenance and rubbish removal! Their can-do attitude is refreshing and when they say they are coming, they show up! Quality work every time - you’d be crazy not to let them cut ya grass!
