I once helped a lady owner builder build a rammed earth home the budget was very small  she would work at night as a nurse  and during the day help me with the building works  i must say i have to take my hat of to her she worked harder than any trade i have ever seen and the enjoyment on her

At lafferty building and constructions we pride are selfs on building what the customer wants and not what we think they need .i love to see a customer at the start of a job with ideas and dreams of what they think it will look like in the end and when i finish the building works and hand them

if customers can have all documents ready before starting any job  council permits building permits  design drawings architectural drawings  and a good scope of works all ready this will save time and money .

at lafferty building and constructions we will normally quote a set price to complete the entire scope of works . we will normally charge a 25% deposit 25%progress claim 1.  25% progress claim 2. and 25% final payment.
