Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured, we have public liability and our work is guaranteed. Were also a member of the Electrical Contractors Association and Safety Connect Australia provide an up to date and safe work place. If anything happens we will come back and sort out whatever is wrong and if it is a result of our work it will be fixed

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I feel in love with it.  Every day I was faced with a challenge and i enjoyed figuring it out.  I enjoyed the outcome and knowing that i had the ability to fix other peoples electrical issues

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I went to a ladies house who had problems with her stove.  I didnt charge her as i could not fix the problem without her buying a whole new stove which i felt was unnecesary. The lady was so happy that when she needed an electrician she waited for me to return from  a work trip as she did not want to hire anyone else. I will never charge someone if i cant help them.

What do you like most about your job?

Everything.  I like that no two days are the same.  I love that i work for myself and everything i do is because of me.  I love problem solving and quite often i am faced with problems that need to be rectified.

In order to ensure you hire the right service.  I need to be told the full story of what needs to be done.  I will always question my customers to ensure i can help them and not waste their time or money. If i can not help i will provide a contact who can.

I love what i do.  I am good at what i do.  I also trade under my surname and therefore need to protect my name and to do this i do every job properly am trustworthy and reliable.

As we are only a new business we have to be competitive.  Our hourly rate is lower than any company Kyle has every worked for.  Our call out fee is only $50 and there is no charge for Coorparoo residents or for customers referred or returning customers. We offer monthly specials & lower rates

Invoiced at job completion and payment is required withing 7days.  You can pay by direct credit (bank account details given) We also have a wireless terminal which makes taking payment at the time via debit/credit card easy.
