When engaging a service Professional a Customer should always ask and check that the trades person is qualified and insured. In Victoria only a Registered Building Practitioner meets the legal requirements to carry out domestic building work over $5000.00.

A Customer can save money by; 1. Having a good idea of what they are trying to achieve.  2. Ensuring the project complies with planning and council regulations   3. By considering colours and materials to be used to complete the project. However we can provide assistance from planning to completion.

We are able to keep our pricing competitive as we have long standing arrangements with our suppliers over the last 20 years, which means we are able to buy materials at the right price. This means we can pass considerable savings on to our customer.

At Tanwillow Building Services we accept cash, cheque or bank account transfer. Payment will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the contract or agreement.

Bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, decks, pergolas, carports, garages, framing, lockup, fix, window replacement and repair, flooring, renovations, extensions. All aspects of carpentry, no job too big or too small.

20 years experience in building industry - Carpentry. Certificate iv Building and Construction Management. Registered Building Practitioner. Member of HIA and Master Builders Association of Vic.  Work Safe Vic OH&S Construction Induction qualified. Fully insured. Full Police checked.
