Policing and heading into the Police force (with a plan to be a prosecutor) before getting sidetracked into working with young vulnerable adolescents arrested and detained in Juvenile Justice Centres and facing trial and court process for criminal offences. ++Whilst managing the difficult and varied environment of JJ Kristy completed her L.LB, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Diploma in Business Management as well as Certificates III and IV in Youth Work and other vocational courses including conducting investigations, engaging in critical negotiations and serious incident management. ++In about 2009, in her spare time Kristy started a Small Business using her combined skills and knowledge offering Business advice, Set-up assistance and tax planning & preparation services to local clients in Penrith. ++In 2013, Kristy changed paced again and jumped on-board with modern and inventive boutique law firm Teddington Legal as an employed Solicitor where she branched out, stretched her skills and utilised modern legal technology to its limits to open and operate one of the first satellite / virtual Office's around under the sydney-based firm's identity and reputation, located in in suburban Penrith. ++Kristy has many skills and qualifications but also offers depth and common-sense.She is recognised for her resourcefulness and is often quoted as being the person who 'will work out where to find the answer to your problem" and that she does often. ++Jemma Purss young and vibrant is a recent High School Graduate, studying a combined law degree and has found her feet in her future profession offering vital services to the principal solicitor as a Personal Assistant and gaining an un-measurable amount of experience working first hand in a dynamic legal practice. Not limited to filing paperwork, taking the mail or collecting coffee, Jemma participates in the process with clients offering them court support, empathy and friendliness when things get stressful. ++Although still having a long way to go, Jemma already shows strong signs of being a future go-to litigator because whilst friendly and kind she already has strong skills in formulating legal argument and a never give-in approach to negotiations and disputes. ++Phil O'Brien based in the Norwest area, Phil is a well-known, always in demand Private investigator who has his own investigation firm with clients like retail giants and well-groomed government agencies. Phil also began his career in law enforcement making it to sergeant of the NSW Police before leaving and exploring his business success skills and disciplined approach to life owning and operating martial arts facilities under the discipline of Bukido Kai. ++Married with 3 teenage - adult children, Phil is always on the run and offers his skills, advice and expertise to KJR as an employed solicitor when needed.
