Residential: Number Bedrooms  Number Bathrooms  House or Apartment Estimated size.  On going work or one off.   Commercial:  Tasks needing done.  Ongoing work or once off.  How many Square meters if applicable.   For public area cleaning: Ongoing  What’s tasks need to be completed daily, monthly etc.  Contract length and terms.

With walls, it’s cheaper to repaint if in bad condition. Results in lower price instead of extra cost on wall cleaning being added.  Furnished Apartments old items such as, beds or rugs or appliances might be too ruined to be cleaned. Results in lower price.   Carpet cleaning might be more costly if stains are too hard to be removed. As it it can require a different grade of machine. So hire a carpet cleaning professional. Instead of including it in bond clean as a whole.

Apartments are fixed rate but subject extras.  Such as extra time on walls or rubbish removal.  Commercial is square metre or hourly rate or whole price depending on what it is.
