  Sadly, I can only advise that this business took my deposit, and then gave me 2 minutes notice that they could not attend as contracted, did not turn up to do the job. Despite repeated requests to refund my deposit, that has not occurred. I am now in the position where I must take legal action to recover my deposit. I advise great caution to anyone considering using this business. Further, they have since claimed I have had a refund, which at 13th Dec is NOT true, and my urgent need to get an alternate cleaner was because I'm rather disabled, and was under a time restraint was done because of necessity. As stated, legal action has commenced.

  Hi Kevin, My records show that your deposit was returned so I'm not sure why you have written this?? As for not turning up, My understanding was that you had contracted another company and we weren't required. Thanks

  Everything was still a mess when I got home and there was still even dishes in the sink . Very very unhappy with this clean as well as dishes still left in the sink . i have photos to prove how bad of a job that was done, went to contact the lady jen about everything that was left behind and i never got a response as well as i hired for 4 hours and they only stayed for 2! DO NOT HIRE THIS LADY

  Hi Sarah, The 3 of us spent nearly 2 hours scrubbing your home for your inspection. We done all we could under the circumstances (thick layers of animal hair, dirt and rubbish) and we achieved the best outcome.
