  and we have not been paid in full she deducted money for coming late and got full work done plus extras so if she has to say we did mor take accountability that's wrong on her part

  This may be a good team - judging by other reviews - but maybe understaffed for communication with customers and scheduling. We had arranged a day and when I messaged the night before to check the time was told they could not do it on the agreed day. Rescheduled for the day after, but when I called in the morning to double check they said it cannot be done due to illness; this was one hour before they were to start. If you hire them be proactive in checking in.
