David Wildman: Wildman Ware
David Wildman of Wildman Ware is the Technology category winner in Oneflare’s Customer Choice Awards for 2017. David started his online, customised clothing printing business four years ago, with the mission of helping customers to create one-off print designs without having to pay hefty print set up fees. Wildman Ware bring fresh print processes and products to customers with state of the art equipment, a free and easy to use online design tool and ordering system.

What advice would you give to other businesses starting on Oneflare?
Look after your customer’s and listen to their needs – it’s not a price war, it’s a platform to create long lasting, quality relationships. It’s not all about offering fast and cheap products/services.
You competed against thousands of businesses. How does it feel to win the Oneflare Customer Choice Award?
Fantastic, a wonderful achievement to be recognised for our team’s hard work and dedication to our customers. We credit Oneflare and the relationships you have helped us to build over the past few years.
What do you think was the key to your success in becoming a CCA winner?
Looking at all leads and enquiries in detail – not just being the quickest/cheapest supplier to respond. We offer suitable products and services to match our customers requirements. Our aim is to build trust and be a preferred supplier, not a one off stop shop with cheap throw away products. Our range covers a magnitude of garment and product options, accompanied by a range of decoration and design processes. We have the freedom and capability to suitably match customer needs with our offerings – catering for all budgets and scenarios – from 1 to 10,000 units we have it covered.
What are your 3 tips to getting good customer reviews?
Be specific: Find out what your customer really needs
Quote realistically: Don’t quote cheaply if you can’t actually deliver that price
Communicate: Keep in touch with your customers – even if they don’t use you first time around
