I wanted to share my review about Jacob at Zcorp. We had quite a few renovations done and they were all done in a very good time frame. We had concreting out back, retaining walls, followed by 2 complete bathrooms. We also had a pergola installed and the tiling was included in the price, which brought my budget down quite a bit. Jacob himself was always keeping me up to date, showing me the work carried out. He even took us to a previous client to show us what he is capable of. All throughout, Jacob compromised with my whims and he was very understanding and also a very caring person (rare to find). I would have no hesitation in recommending him for work. 2 tips that I can offer anyone undertaking Jacob? 1. Draw out a payment schedule with him and pay him when he requires the funds, makes it so much easier to know he can do the work with cash available. 2. Give him the key or easy access so he can come and go as he needs to. The latter was a life saver for me as hubby had a stroke and had lots of appointments to attend, and Jacob just told us to go about our day.
