Disconnect water and waste to an existing tea bench location. Remove water pipes and waste pipe from within walls and ceilngs back to the point of connection.
Misc other works required to tidy up some exsiting pipe work which we can discuss when we meet on site.
Take away all rubbish and leave area tidy,
Water shut down works,if required and access in ares where the tenant work will have to take place after hours as there is an existing tenant on the floor.
Parking is available in the building only on weekends but all other times parking is on street. 
Require Registered plumber with PL insurance and will need to provide certificates of currency.

I have a 20,000 plastic circular water tank that is normally about half full at this time of year. It connected to a pump and the the garden irrigation system.

I checked the levels a couple of weeks ago and it barely had 2-3000 liters. Checked again abuot a week later at seemed empty. I have since closed the outlet valve.

I can't see any cracks in the tank but I have to assume there is a crack or damage somewhere low in the tank.
