From our first conversation with the owner Chris who was professional and understanding of our needs to speaking with his incredible wife Michelle who talked us through the whole process and gave the best advice and support, to our amazing cleaner Christine whose work was exceptional. Thomas was prompt polite and efficient. Thomas and his team steamed cleaned my carpets and cleaned all surfaces and bathrooms. Over all the job was well done some areas (blinds) not to my standard but I am very fussy. Since job was completed I have had the flyscreens falling off which is very annoying.
