i spend most days cleaning my own house, I believe that a tidy house shows the determination you have to succeed. Its important that if a friend or family member comes over i'm not in a huff to clean my house and I really enjoy that CLEAN HOUSE feeling. I want my customers to feel this way about their houses too, Because Home is where the Heart is.

Meeting customers, building relationships and also especially love the pride you have with your home, especially after a good clean and tidy up. I love to see that i'm not the only house happy person.

the most common question has to be how much? which can sometimes be like asking how long a piece of string is. The price to clean a house or an office even is dependent on it's size and up-keep. it's also important to note that extra's that aren't usually offered by regular cleaners can also bump up the price from $5.

I have pride in my home, my company and myself. I will take care of your home as if it were my own. I love children and animals and believe that a happy home is one with lots of fun and noise. i understand that children and animals can sometimes make a mess and wont turn you down for those reasons. Unlike other cleaners I aim to build a relationship with you and not just do the service.

it's important to know the size of the job, eg. how many bedrooms, bathrooms or living areas. It's important to know if you need any extras such as window cleaning, oven cleaning or pantry cleaning. it's also important to know the frequency that you would like the clean or if it is a one off.

1) Keep the house tidy, this will mean less hours therefore less money. 2) Only book when you need the service eg. if you don't have pets or children and keep the house tidy a weekly clean may not be for you. 3) If you keep your schedule (eg. Weekly, Fortnightly, monthly Cleans) the price is decreased for ongoing services.

i research my pricing to what's on the current market. Although I may charge similar rates to most cleaning businesses, the services that are offered are of higher value.

How do you normally charge for your service?

the price can start at $25 per hour/per cleaner for a basic weekly clean. However, i have a minimum of 2 hours per job and dependent on the size of the job can require a second cleaner.
