I was impressed with Oliver's professionalism, on time meeting, prompt quote and estimate of time to completion for repair and restoration work on an early 1970's apartment unit. The task required extensive repair of the ceiling - specifically removal of previous coats of paint that had deteriorated and were now flaking away in various sizes and thicknesses. Other tradesmen had already turned down this job as being far too difficult for them, whilst others quoted exorbitantantly. To say Oliver was motivated to get this job done is an understatement; Once the keys were in his hand, he immediately set about getting the hardest of the work out of the way. Oliver's work has proven to be impeccable, and he has even offered follow up services once the renovation of the property is completed to ensure flawless paint finish on all walls, doors and ceilings. Additionally, his pricing was very competitive (this was not the criteria which got him the job).
