It was a pleasure dealing with Reza and his team. Reza was involved in all aspects of the job (3 rooms in a California Bungalow which hadn't been painted in 20+ years). He checked the work daily and or reviewed it with me, always interested ensure my satisfaction as well as a professional outcome. Anmar did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was great to deal with, knowledgeable and happy to discuss with me what I wanted done, the various options and the best approach. Surface preparation was really good. My house had many significant cracks in wall cement render, as well as in the plasterboard cornices and ceilings. Anmar was technically very good, using a range of different products and techniques to fix each of these properly. He sanded back heavily chipped metal door frames to a smooth finish. The painting was done in several stages over five days, with one other painter assisting, and completed slightly ahead of our agreed deadline. He applied multiple primer coats before final topcoats, using acrylic paint for walls and ceilings and oil-based paint for metal door frames and previously stained timber doors. During the job Anmar used drop sheets on the floors and carpet and plastic cover sheets for all furniture. He worked cleanly and cleaned up quite well at the end of the job. After he had finished, and we had finished cleaning the house, some minor paint spatter was visible in places on floor tiles and timber. Anmar willingly returned and completely removed all these marks. The final paint job looks excellent. I’m happy to recommend Anmar as he is competent, cooperative, value for money, completes on time and cleans up after the work is done.MK Master Pty Ltd
