Hoping to paint walls, ceilings, skirts, doors, cabinetry, and window frames throughout the small 2-bed rental unit. (Address 2/22 Well Street, Brighton... see ad photos. Don't have keys as the place is still tenanted). Just found out this morning I'm approved to move in. Existing tenants moving out on 3 Oct. I move in on 12 Oct. So a very definite window in which the work has to be completed. If you're available, interested, and reasonably priced, I'd appreciate you kindly advising the cost for the entire unit. Pls then break it down room-by-room, so, if I can't manage everything, I can at least get key areas done. Therefore, please don't respond unless you are prepared to undertake smaller jobs (e.g. a room). Thanks. Most important room: Kitchen incl. all cabinetry. (NB: As the living/dining/kitchen is somewhat open plan, the ceiling would need to be done throughout so there is flow.) 2nd most important: L-shaped living/dining room to freshen and brighten the key shared living area. 3rd most important: Hallway connecting bedrooms and bathrooms, incl. storage cupboard door. 4th most important: two bedrooms with built-in robes. 5th most important: separate WC. 6th and last place: bathroom (lots of tiles so not essential but the ceiling would be nice).
