I put off getting the interior of my house painted as I couldn’t face finding a painter. And will they do a good job? By luck, I found Sam from Ai painting and decorating. He did a site visit and quoted a good price, and was enthusiastic helping me choose a ‘white’. I have worked with alot of trades people throughout my career, and I can say in all honesty Sam has blown all expectations out of the water. I have only had this level of workmanship when I am friends of the contractor through my job. His attention to detail is very impressive, after a few hours on the first day, I booked him to do more work. Nothing is too much trouble and he takes pride in doing a great job. I am already planning to get our exterior weatherboard house painted by Sam in the coming months. Location: Thornbury, VICJob Description: Hi All, Giving apartment a spruce up, Will be using one color throughout - White. There are a few Picture hooks still attached, They will need to be removed and there is a some minor damage in one of the rooms which will require some filler. Literally a few marks, Walls will need a pre clean. The apartment is empty so there will be no obstacles. Just to recap, Everything that is painted white will need to be repainted - All walls, Fridge space, Robes, Rooms, Laundry and bathroom. Anything that is a different color will stay untouched. I hope the pictures show enough detail, I have uploaded a floor plan of the apartment but I am not sure if you can see it in the pics.
