The building report that I obtained indicated that there's inadequate drainage between my property and the neighbour due to a garden bed in front of the neighbour's property allowing water into the subfloor area of my property. An aggie drain or other suitable drainage system needs to be installed to remediate the problem. The front garden area is small, as shown in the photo. Measurements are approx 5.4m wide (width of property) x 2.5m deep. The downpipe is at the front of the building, where the drainage needs to be installed.
