Jeffs Removals were a life saver for us- they did a brilliant job of shifting our flat into a town house , on a Sunday with no notice. We had a nightmare with another removalist company (that was well advertised but not to be recommended). This other company, which I booked 3 weeks prior, were due to turn up at 1pm on Saturday and only told us they would only be there at 5pm at 245pm on that day, despite --- I quickly googled reviews and found Jeff's Removals. I called Jeff, and he arranged for a Sunday delivery, confirming within 5 minutes - for a job to be done at 10am on the Sunday - I was able to confidently cancel my first booking with the company that let us down greatly (if Jeff's service wasn't able to do the job at such short notice, we would have really been in a pickle!). With Jeff's service, they turned up as communicated without a hitch. Dell and Mason came and did a great job, transporting our 6th story apartment, with elevator, into a 3 level Town House, with stairs only., including a drive from North Wollongong to Port Kembla. They were friendly, professional and reliable. These two worked for 10 hours straight, doing heavy lifting and non-stop shifting, and didn't complain at all. Not only this, they helped fix things like a second hand washing machine, hooking it up to the mains, and changing table that wasn't already assembled.
