May's review - "I would really recommend pest empire. I had noises in my roof and called them out expecting mouses. Turned out they were rats. Pest empire were very professional. I was worried about dead carcass so they offering a callback service to come back to check on everything. On the first visits Dave was very thorough and checked everywhere in the home for entry/exit points. He layed out bait boxes (which were lockable) in the home garden and roof. On the call out service Dave found a dead rat in the roof and no activity in the home which was really peace of mind for me. The other companies i called didn’t offer that service. Dave was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was also very courtesy and respectful in my home, even asking if he needed to take his shoes off when entering the Upstairs bedrooms. I also requested he come back for the call out service, which the company organised. Overall i am very happy with my experience with pest empire. I will probably get them to come out in 6 months to check up on things. Hopefully i wont have to use pest control again but if i do i will definitely call pest empire! Thank you guys!! "
