    What service(s) do you need?

Part of our bathroom floor sinking (1 m squere). It is in the middle of a bathroom. Need someone to repaired it this or next week. Please come & inspect the place and give us a quote. More details: Previous owner had a stoke and he was using a wheelchair for a couple of years. To be able to use shower, shower bath was removed. Floor was not properly sealed & had to be renewed year/two before we bought a place. Looked fine, but there was always one tile that was wiggling. Now that tile, and part of shower is sinking down (there is a hole in a floor). Picture attached. I assume that was water leaking for couple of years that damaged a wooded structure of a floor (house on a stumps), as house was inspected by a property inspector and all concrete stumps were undamaged and leveled (40 years house). As house is on concrete stumps, I assume it is wooden floor construction that is rotten & needs to be fixed. My guess, maybe I am wrong as I didn't go under the house to check. It's a small bathroom: approx 2m*4m Please let me if you can fix this.
