The overall experiane is not good.Firstly they came a day late giving reason that hir car had broken down, Secondly on the day of cleaning they asked for extra $150 for floor cleaning which I had to pay as I had lmited options to shop around and negotiate, thirdly agent was not very happy with the steamcleaning and few other things so they were asked to do it again, forthly after many phonecalls and followups they picked the keys from agent(again not at the agreed time but 2 days after that), fifthy keys were returned late(atleast a day) for which agent had charged them $50 late fee and last butnot the least still the ceaning was not 100% and agent had deducted $50 from the bond money. So all in all I didn't had very good experiance working with them.Daniel

I asked moving out cleaning. NO "Bond back guarantee" (my real estate agent asked me to go back and clean the kitchen again). NO invoice, to submit to the real estate agency to prove that the apartment was professionally cleaned, which was required for the carpet (I asked for the invoice 3 times but never got it!). Additionally the way our bond back guarantee works is that if the agent does have any issues post inspection in regards to the cleaning service - we are happy to return and fix it up. As a return service was not requested by you nor was there any correspondence in regards to any issues we had to assume all went well.
