Yes we are fully insured for $20 000 000 worth of cover for public liability and our trade contractors are all checked for their insurances to be up to date  , Yes we guarantee any and all work done by our business ,business employee or external contractors.

Well we come from a family with a heritage of award winning buildings, growing up in a household where building and working with others was a part of every day life we naturally followed the footsteps of those preceding us and have ended up where we are today.

Most of the stories we have are unique and interesting in their own way and generally customers ask about them on site. we very rarely have any negative stories.  Mostly we enjoy the experience of working with different kinds of customers and getting to know a bit about them along the way.

When can you start the job and how long will it take, our answer is ASAP ... We try to keep things in perspective if it is a small job it will more than likely be completed the same day or at a time convenient for you, if it is a bigger job it will be booked into a diary and have an allocated start date and proposed completion date.

We have 10 years experience in the building carpentry industry working with all sorts of trades and all kinds of jobs, when you use us you will appreciate how easy and smooth any job or renovation can be.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When the customer wants to start progressing with the job, what they are willing to invest into the job , this is very helpful for us to be able to try to get exactly what you want. It is hard to quote up a job for someone and have them happy with the quote if they do not tell us that they only wants to invest $2000 into a 25 sqm deck made from hardwood, if we were told this information up front we would have told the customer straight away it was not possible and offered other solutions.

Be prepared and willing to complete some parts of the job such as painting and rubbish removals, also accepting the quote in the valid till date will save money, and have a good idea of what you want to be quoted up on, eg design, materials.

In a competitive market you need to fight for the best prices on materials and labour costs and you need to minimise waste costs, we pride ourselves on getting the best price for the customer wherever possible.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have direct bank transfer, bank cheque, cash deposit, cash on completion. When a quote has been accepted depending on the size and quote we require a 30% deposit then a progress payment of 50% and a final payment of 20%. On smaller jobs we require a deposit and a final payment.
