  Nathan was so professional at everything he has done for us. We have a fantastic new 30m retaining wall and new 45m Colorbond Fence. We have had a huge fencing company come do a fence at our old Property and was crooked, Nathan has done our new property and its perfect, straight and looks amazing. Im such a picky person when it comes to detail but i cant fault the jobs he has done. Nathan and he's business NBC Property Maintenance i would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. He has now 2 other jobs for a friend of mine and a family member as they were over the moon from he's quality and professionalism. Thank you Nathan. Regards Jim

  I could not recommend NBC property maintenance , I accepted Nathans quote to replace my boundary fence, it took 7 days and still the fencing was not completed .I now have to seek a more competent and skilled fencing contractor to complete the job and rectify the large amount of issues . Fence not straight , spray paint used on new fence panels by Nathan to cover the scratches he inflicted on the new fence panels was incorrect colour, gate is painted a different colour and installed incorrectly needs to be fully replaced and the list goes on. Beware he insists on payment being cash before he even completes the job - $800 cash gone and no new fence . He is not willing to come to an agreement and refund the money for his incompetence or lack of completing the job, not professional at all .
