About three years ago I gave a man in Rowville a quote to replace some timber that had rotted out on his veranda and paint around the eves, about a weeks work with all the painting. Four weeks later I finished repainted the inside of the house and re tiled the bathroom

I love the satisfaction at the end of the job when I look at what's been created  It doesn't matter if you build a veranda paint a wall its all good to have look and say yep looks good I'm happy with that

If a customer contacts us for work  I would expect the customer to have a good understanding of what they require and have done some sort of research on products required colours and so on, as we don't have the time to do this

I normally charge by quotation  For existing customers its do and charge due to our relationship built If someone new contacts me with a small job, I charge $ 45.00 per hour plus any materials used

Maintenance I am able to do all aspects of my trade including   Painting Plaster repairs  Timber decks  Bathroom Tilling  Small renovations

I carried out an apprenticeship as a carpenter as a young man and have worked in the industry ever since. I worked on domestic housing, commercial construction. For some time now I have specialised in repair and maintenance basically anything my customers requires
