In response to my complaint, the owner apologised and has taken steps to retrain the cleaners. Owner: "I acknowledge your concerns and I have instigated a retraining programme for the staff that attended your home on that day in order to maintain a high standard service that I pride myself of providing to clients from my business. This provider did a terrible job. They have caused me a great deal of stress because of the exorbitant extra charges and adding GST to the quote." The workers blamed me for jobs they didn't do. The owner of this business went outside the quote and claimed for work I did not ask them to do. The work I did ask them to do was not done. They did only part of the work I requested. I was provided with a quote that included GST but I received an invoice that added the GST as an extra to the quote. They also invoiced me extra for work that was not done or that was part of the job description. The quote went from $500 incl GST to $850 adding an extra $150 that included jobs that were part of the quote and charged me an extra $75 for GST. The quote of $500 included GST. The only good thing I can say is that the owner did a great job of cleaning the oven. I would never hire this company again.Amy
