Approvals DA Approval and Certification We take care of all the design drawings, reports and council liaison for your development application. Our in-house private certifiers, designers and project managers work together to ensure a smooth pathway to DA approval and CDC approval. Streamlined approval process Designing and building a home is a significant undertaking. Development Application (DA) approval and certification is an essential component which, in the hands of experts, is straightforward. Delays in approval – or at any phase of the project- cost time, money and stress, and Ozmo Building Group averts this through clearly defined processes, communication and collaboration. With an in-house team of designers and private certifiers, Ozmo Building Group has intimate knowledge of NSW & QLD planning controls, and excellent working relationships with Sydney & Brisbane councils to ensure streamlined DA approval. there are two main pathways to home design approval. ADA submitted to the local council is required for more complex projects. For more straightforward developments, a faster-tracked Complying Development Certificate (CDC) can be arranged with a private certifier, either way, Ozmo Building Group supports you at every step of DA and CDC approval.
