  Chris was prompt, efficient, and reliable. He had to take a break half-way through the first day of erecting a galvanised-steel chain-wire fence because his chainsaw became blunt. So he went home early so that he could sharpen his chainsaw. That was on a Friday. He texted me some photos of the work that he had done so far (it is a rental property), and he requested a progress payment from me. So I paid him another $700 (about 15% of the total) on Friday afternoon. That was in addition to the initial $2,268.75 deposit (50%) that I had already paid him. He then resumed the work on Monday morning, and he finished the entire job before lunchtime. The new fence was 33 metres long and 1.2 m high. After inspecting his work to confirm that all the work was good, I paid him the 35% remaining balance on Monday afternoon. I can recommend him.
