We had the skills, the knowledge, the motivation and the dedication and decided to back ourselves, while taking on apprentices we could pass on and share that knowledge for future generations and better housing.

A quotation is submitted upon receiving a scope of works and/or plans supplied by our client/their draftsman or architect. Upon acceptance and confirmation of quotation, an agreed contract is then written up with Provisional Sums if preferred and when required.
