I have an electromechanical background, enjoy technical troubleshooting and have extensive practical experience in all aspects of home and garden renovation and maintenance.

How do you normally charge for your service?
My Basic Call-Out Charge is $95 including the first hour plus materials used. My Hourly rate is $70/hour plus materials.

I am dependable and customer service oriented...I am organised, ethical and have the right tools to get the job done efficiently. I do not accept work that is outside my expertise.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
If possible have a clear idea about the work involved, but I also understand if you need advice on the best way forward. If possible, make sure you have all the right parts and materials on hand. Be sure to be available for briefing me at the agreed time. Have the work area cleared to save time getting started.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
I prefer to work by the hour and will always deliver good value. I am happy to quote for contracted services after assessing the task through practical experience.

My ethic is to work in the best interest of my customers with integrity, dependability and providing great customer service..its just the way I have always worked.

I enjoy meeting people and sharing my knowledge to help others solve problems that are not their strength. I get great satisfaction from seeing the job finished well and everything cleaned up ready to go.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I decided to move away from the corporate world to follow my passion for helping people, using my practical skills and being physically active throughout the day.
