For us, domestic services is not just about an exchange of service for money, it is about providing a great Employment Ground for our Youth Trainees. To us, each job is much more to us than satisfying the client, it is also about transforming lives.

A customer should always ask for "References, Insurance, Satisfaction Guarantees, and Training". By asking for these four things, they can rest assure that they have the correct service professional.

The most common question asked of us is - "Can we trust your trainees?" To answer, all members of iWorx have gone through a rigorous training regime and also have been handpicked to be part of our Employment Program. They are also always accompanied by another staff member, ensuring your quality.

Together with the fact we are a charity, and are not motivated primarily by profit, we are all about creating lasting and harmonious relationships with clients. As such, we want to make long term relationships, and this is best achieved through quality.

Exodus Youth Worx is not only a quality service provider, but we are also a charity that helps young people challenged by Homelessness, Mental Health and Domestic Abuse. Whilst we endeavour to change the lives of young Australians, it is our service and quality of work that speaks for itself.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Exodus Youth Worx is happy to go to a property and provide a quotation at any time. That said, to help the process, providing a general idea of property (how many bedrooms and bathrooms), together with the type of space (carpeted or tiled) and general condition provides a working understanding.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Organise the space such that the cleaning can be not only more efficient but effective. Clutter is a big hazard.  2. Provide clear instructions. Anything well beyond scope will need to be charged. 3. Commit to cleaning as a regular domestic requirement rather than Ad Hoc jobs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Exodus Youth Worx will typically engage via a flat rate and provide a list of tasks that will be accomplished during a clean. However, if it is the customer preference, we are also happy to amend our charge to be based on hourly time spent by staff.

Exodus Youth Worx specialises in Cleaning, be it Domestic Household Maintenance, once-off Deep Cleans, End-Of-Lease, or any Commercial Work. We also have specialisation in Removals, particularly small but delicate items.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All our youth trainees undertake robust Commercial Training in fields of Cleaning and Removal prior to engaging in any outside work. Due to this process, our staff are exceptionally qualified and experienced in the tasks that they meet.
