  The guy ran late, didn’t have all his cleaning gear with him and I had to pay cash as he didnt have his eftpos aching with him either. Nice enough fellow , gave a detailed description of what was going on with our unit but I’m not sure I’d have him back

  John can only do one thing, install back-to-back. Took 2 days to install back-to-back. He cannot think outside the box, messed up the installation of the split. Drilled into my roof without explaining how he was going to do it. There was a big hole in my roof. The installation was very bad I had to pull the whole thing down. When I told him, he was rude, told me to never contact him again, blocked me off. The new person that came to install it said there are so many guidelines he didnt follow and doesn't meet the safety standard. The services might be cheap but really not worth it.

  John was super friendly guy and came out in a busy time of the year . Unfortunately he didn’t know what was wrong with the air conditioner and the casing wasn’t removed to take a look at what could be causing the loud noise/problem . He said it was ok for me to keep operating as it is still as cold as ice , but the noise awakes me during the night .
