  My business is not insured as each task is risk accessed before any action takes place. Safety incidents are preventable. My work is always guaranteed unless the client chooses to take a cheaper scenario that may affect the guarantee.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  One of my first jobs was constructing a prefabricated patio. The client described that one tender did not show, another quoted $770 and I charged $540. I didn't make a loss and she is still happy. From there on I learn't never to become greedy.
