  WARNING - DO NOT HIRE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS - Worst Business, taking job without QBCC license, Ink Creations is most irresponsible, rude & unprofessional. He took the job to complete 2 bathroom renovations in 6-8 weeks, We were asked to pay deposit on same day, He gone hiding after taking 50% deposit. Now at 14th week, even 1st bathroom is not 25% complete. Our calls, Messages & emails are going through to provided mobile number but are being ignored since he received 50% deposit. He has ignored all formal emails for insurance & work proof request, He has put us in very difficult situation with tenancy as our tenant is without bathroom for 14 weeks & still has no sign of response. We asked to provide insurance copy & proof of material purchase for which he asked for deposit, he has been ignoring all requests. Upon Checking with QBCC & Fair trading we have found that He is operating business without license, He cannot do any building / renovation work without license. We have been chasing him from interstate, getting our property agent to chase him but he is ignoring calls, messages & emails. We now have no choice but taking this to QBCC & fair trading to legally recover our money if One Flare can not manage to chase him. He is not trustworthy at all. We have wasted atleast 1 hour everyday on calls, messages & emails trying to chase him down only to receive few 2 sentence response with false promise that he will get work done before Christmas. At last he promised to complete both bathrooms before Christmas & since no response from him. We gave him formal notice 1 month ago to refund Money & we get job done by someone else as we found much cheaper rate than him, however he has not done any work & not refunding money. DO NOT PAY HIM ANY DEPOSIT OR YOU WILL BE CHASING YOUR DEPOSIT & GO THROUGH SAME STRESS JUST FOR TRUSTING AND GIVING THE JOB TO BUSINESS.

  I had an awful experience and am still trying to recover my funds - the whole project had to be demolished due to poor workmanship. The tiling was well below standard and as a result we had to rip them out and start again, which, thankfully we did as we found water damage underneath from poor waterproofing. Had to start again from scratch and they said he would refund my money in full but I’m still waiting on him do to so.
