  I had an awful experience and am still trying to recover my funds - the whole project had to be demolished due to poor workmanship. The tiling was well below standard and as a result we had to rip them out and start again, which, thankfully we did as we found water damage underneath from poor waterproofing. Had to start again from scratch and Benjamin said he would refund my money in full but I’m still waiting on him do to so.

  The job was completed, but there were several issues. The wrong bathroom accessories were installed, carpet cleaning was charged but not done, there were overcharges on the invoices, and I'm still trying to recover the money. Managing the project from a different state made it challenging, and the original timeline was significantly delayed.
