I charge a small deposit and progress payment as we go along subject to client satisfaction we also offer finance terms through a third party such as interest free terms

To be competitive we charge a midway price for a high quality job based on client satisfaction we do not skimp on materials or trained and experienced tradesmen plus best of materials

When we are busy there are no special pricing apart from pensioners whom get a small discount however when we need work to keep tradesmen busy we will offer small discount
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Customers can save by paying cash so there is no need for bank or other charges, also by clearly specifying the job it saves also the more work we do consecutively the cheaper we quote
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
To quote effectively we need to be told clearly by the customer what is needed and in what time frame and home much is the budget
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee all work we do completely in forty years we have never had a claim against our work because we ask the client if he is happy before we leave and yes we carry insurance
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I heaved lived in Geelong for 60 years 40 years in one suburb I went to school in Geelong and received the award of "outstanding alumni" at my engineering faculty I had my photo on the front cover of the local telephone book for my achievements, for the last 20 years I have volunteered at my local hospital

They ask me how is my family going what have I been up to lately and how is every thing going and how's work some ask for a good price and how long will it take I personnel know many of my clients

They should ask about their experience ,what associations are they registered with and who are their supplies, and also can they supply references from past clients
What do you like most about your job?
Best part of this job is the great people I meet most are either acquaintances or friends now I have also been on holidays with some of them and I meet many socially from time to time

Some of my customers comments have been ,when they seen me on the job for the first time in 15years scince the last job, when I asked them do they need a quote they said. No we know you youre fine just do it and bill us
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Got into the home improvement business by accident ,I loved working with my hands and I loved helping people and people just gave me jobs to do as they like my end results
