Ask the amount of experience they have.  Ask where they were trained and who trained them. Ask if there work is insured. And do they guarantee their work. Those are the important questions in my opinion.

You have to see the areas that will need to big cleaned. How large are they. What’s involved in the clean. and also what the expectation of the customer is.

If it’s a Bond Clean and your happy to tackle the oven or you want to do the bathrooms that’s where you’ll save the most money. For other cleans there’s not really much you can do to make a big difference in costs.

I understand the market rate. It has to make economical sense for all involved. But it’s not a race to the bottom. There has to be more to a service than something being cheap. You have to deliver on your promises.

The best way is a face to face visual quote. When people are in a hurry I’ll ask for photos and give the best estimate I can.

Before MPR Cleaning I owned a Jim’s cleaning Franchise since 2005. When I say I’ve done it all I’ve honestly done it all. It’s cleaning yes anyone can do it. But experience counts for something it develops an attention to details that’s necessary to succeed in anything in life.
