NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY DODGY. I have had one of the most unprofessional experiences with this company that i've ever encountered in my life. 1. Their website says that you get discounted prices for being a loyal customer, after using them exclusively for over 6 months I never got a discount ever. Infact, prices increased. 2. They turned up one day and said that it would be $10 more expensive today, so I hesitantly agreed and paid it in full. After the lawn mow was done he then said he wants $5 more for no reason. Even though I didn't agree, I paid that as well. 3. I can't upload photos however the last mow they did was absolutely deplorable, complete sections of the lawn completely missed, looks terrible. I sent them photos of this so he could come and resolve it and they never replied. they have made no effort at all to resolve this. 4. Finally, I have been asking for receipts for the work done, i'm now up to follow up number 8 (sent texts and emails and made calls) and they won't reply or provide me with any receipts even though they said they would. Terrible experience. I would give them zero stars if I could.Helen S
