Yes we are fully insured ( Liability and Workers compensation). Yes we guarantee our work. Inspection is required at the completion.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was previously a "Counsellor" and worked in refuges where I would teach "Living skills" this included cleaning. When I decided to move to the coast, it seemed a natural progression to take up cleaning full time.

We recently cleaned for an older widowed gentleman. The house had fallen into neglect. At the end of the day, it was time for the "big reveal". I will never forget seeing the tears of joy streaming down his face. He told me, the house had not looked like that since his wife was alive. Job, well done!

Cleaning is a varied and flexible job that requires performing cleaning of different kinds within households, businesses or more commercial operations, such as carpet or window cleaning. I like the variety, people and making a difference by creating a clean and safe environment.

Do you provide the chemicals and equipment for cleaning? Yes, chemicals and equipment are supplied with all of our services. We use only environmentally friendly products. Do I need to be at my property while the cleaners are there? No, being home for the service is not necessary.

One that shows up on time!!!. From time to time this may not be possible (traffic and road works) You will always receive a call to let you know we are running late.  Trust is built over time. Making sure your privacy is respected in all matters.

We take pride in our work. We take the time to develop a relationship with our customers, to build trust. We are able to take direction. Our chemicals have been screened for toxic ingredients and are safe for children and pets. We are fully insured.

How many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens there is. Do you have a granny flat? What things do you want cleaned? Will you require dusting, oven cleaning, window cleaning?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1.Have a clear idea of what you want done. 2. Make sure all Items have been picked up off the floor (if this has not been negotiated in the price prior to cleaning) 3. If we are cleaning your oven. Remove all the racks, put them in the bath or laundry tub to soak in hot water with a cup of washing powder. When it comes to the stove, the racks take a lot of time getting baked on grease and grime removed. This will save time and you, some money!

Our various methods of payment, experience, and services offered, makes our pricing competitive. We are not the cheapest, but we believe "cheap" is reflected in work. If you're paying for cheap cleaning you're paying for workers to "cut corners".

We are happy to come and meet in your home for a free quote. Alternately, we can provide an hourly rate.

Although we clean a broad range of "Jobs" we do specialise is Squalor cleaning. This is when a property has been in a state of neglect, requiring intensive care.
