  Unfortunately, not enough space to explain in detail. He is unreliable and does not show up as stated. He leaves equipment everywhere. The cord to the freezer was disconnected for at least 3 days, lost several large tubs of ice-cream. It took 6 days before the window was installed, cold window coming in. He would take the window out and not replace it when he left. Left power leads on. Covered up the bathroom light switch and TV outlet. Wrote a quote on a piece of paper in 15 minutes. Did not give an official invoice. I wanted light grey waterproof walling, apparently none so I had to have white. I wanted a 4 drawer vanity, like I had, but none were available. I agreed to a three drawer one, but he delivered a 2 door one. When my vanity was removed several tiles were broken. He lost my new air switch for the spa. He was supposed to built into the wall a 'medicine cabinet'. He had the space covered over. Then decided to cut it out but it was a weight bearing beam and didn't understand it needed support. I gave up and said to put a bought one on the wall. So much dust everywhere inside and outside the house. He covered plants and broke some. Used my items, like ladders and peg tin, instead of his own. He used my site to 'store' items for other jobs. Nothing is written down and messages are responded to. He left 'his' tools in the rain. He never showed me any registration. He parked his Ute on the lawn and left holes. I have been taken for a ride, lost money and trust. I will be taking this matter on to legal avenues. Will cost more to 'fix'.
