A site inspection and meeting with the client is important so as to be able to understand the client's needs and to offer some advise and recommendations.

My rate is $50/hr. for painting  and $60/hr, for jobs requiring power tools. I like to do a site inspection to discuss with the client their requirements in order to provide a written quote.
