As we do not have a large office and lots of employees, we are able to keep our overhead costs down. This means we are able to pass the savings on to our clients.

Its part of the renovation cost itself. We do not charge on an hourly basis.

I am a qualified chartered Civil Engineer. I have been in project management for over 13 years. I have personally done 8 of my own renovations in the last 15 months.
