Did a great job of my roof pressure cleaning. He was focused and well priced. Matt cleaned up afterwards and did any extra requests we had. Roof has come up looking great. Thanks.

I have over 6 years experience as a professional painter for the last 2 years I have been managing one of Victorias top 10 lifestyle properties, including trades management, property maintenance and general landscaping.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I normally charge a $40 per hour rate, however I am happy to provide quotes on jobs. I understand that everyones circumstances are different and aim to be flexible.
What do you like most about your job?
I thoroughly enjoy helping people and having a satisfied customer is my aim. I have always enjoyed finding out how things work, normally by pulling them apart and putting them back together,
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
A great way to save some money is to ensure the area that will be worked on is clean and has clear access, provide their own materials and be available during the week as weekend rates quickly add to costs.
Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
Customers should hire me for my quality workmanship and flexibility. I want to get in and get the job done in a way that is easiest for the customer and tailor my service to their individual needs.

I offer no obligation quotes where I come and inspect the job. This way I am able to be as competitive in pricing as possible. Being able to see the job in person allows me to get a comprehensive idea of what service is needed.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Size of the job? Estimate of how many hours required. Are materials included or do I have to provide them? Is there preparation work required? Will clean up work be required?
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I had been painting for 6 years and while I enjoyed it my passion had always been maintenance. I really wanted a job that included both aspects. My current job allows that.
